Feb 23rd 2010 Romantic Wedding Proposals – 7 Romantic Ideas!

If you find a romantic wedding proposal which you like, please don’t simply copy the idea in its entirety. The best wedding proposals are always the ones which are unique and special to the couple involved.

Having said all that though, I hope these romantic wedding proposals give you some inspiration for your lady’s special moment.

1. Buy her three red roses. The first one is the past, the second is the present and the third one which has the ring tied to it is the future!

2. Arrange for a day a spa followed by a photo shoot in your best outfits. During the shoot go down on one knee and propose, you’ll have the moment forever! Then you can go for a meal at the best restaurant in town followed by a night at a 5 star hotel.

3. Tell her to meet you in the park at lunch time and arrive a few minutes late wearing a suit of armour and riding a horse. Have a friend nearby to play Holsts “Jupiter” as you arrive. Swing from the horse and offer to be her prince.

4. Pick her up from work in a rented limo and present her with a red rose and her favourite outfit to change into. Drive to a nice restaurant and have them serve you in the limo. Play romantic music and you can propose over champagne.

5. Recreate your first date! Go for a walk past where you first met! Eat the first meal you cooked for her where you had your first ever picnic. While listening to your special music, propose to her drinking champagne.

6. Scope out a nice peaceful spot perhaps with a lake or river! Blindfold your girl and take her there. When you reveal your setting, have a nice picnic set up with your favourite music. You could keep some champagne in the water.

7. Go to her home while she’s away at night and create a candlelit path leading up her path all the way to the door. Carry the candles on inside the house to the bedroom where you’re on one knee ready to propose.

Asking your girlfriend to marry you is one of the most nerve racking moments in anybody’s life! So I hope these Romantic Wedding Proposals gave you some ideas you could use! We also have many other Romantic Wedding Proposals for you to take a look at and hopefully gain some inspiration for when your big moment arrives!

Feb 11th 2010 Wedding Proposal Ideas

No matter which wedding proposal idea you decide to use, you really do need to ensure it’s not a complete copy of anybody else’s!

The best way to make this happen is to write down the things which are unique to you and your girl and make them a part of your wedding proposal!

That being said, take a look at these wedding proposal ideas:

1. Recreate the first date you went on! Go on the first walk you shared, picnic you experienced together! Watch the first movie you ever saw with each other and meal you cooked for her! At the end…propose! She will be amazed at what you’ve remembered!

2. Go on a hot-air balloon ride over some amazing scenery. Pack all her favorite food and some champagne and propose when the time is right! Though you will have to mind the balloon operator. He could probably read a book or something while you do it.

3. You could go digging for shells on the beach and magically “find” an old love poem inside a bottle! As the poem progresses it becomes clear that it’s about her! Pull out the ring and propose! Just make sure you know where the bottle is and don’t put the ring in there just in case!

4. Cook her dinner! This will be very nice if you rarely cook, it’s really not that hard! Pull out all the stops; music, candles and phone off the hook! Sometime in advance, get her to confess her last meal to you in case she was to be electrocuted! Then recreate minus the electrocution!

5. Pick her up from work in a rented limousine! Hand her some flowers and have her best outfit to hand for her to change into! Drive to the nicest restaurant in town and have the food served to you in the limousine with special instructions not to be disturbed after desert! Propose in the limousine (with privacy window up) with romantic music playing.

I really must emphasize that what ever Wedding Proposal Ideas you decide to go for, you make it personal to just the two of you! Never completely copy somebody else’s idea! If you would like even more inspiration, we have lots moreWedding Proposal Ideas for you to check out along with a really great free download i think you’ll get a lot of use from!

Jan 1st 2010 How To Propose To Your Girlfriend – 10 Tips

Proposing to your girlfriend is something you get to do once, if you’re lucky! It’s important that you don’t mess up!

The following advice will show you how to propose to your girlfriend and hopefully survive the experience:

1. Make it personal! The two of you should have many shared experiences, so you know exactly what she likes! There’s no excuse for copying somebody else’s idea!

2. You shouldn’t be surprised by her answer! If you’re not completely or at least 99% sure that she’ll say yes, then you’ve probably not been going out long enough!

3. Try and surprise her! This is a huge moment for you both so don’t turn it into an anti climax for her!

4. Only make it a public proposal if you’re extra certain that the answer will be “yes” otherwise you risk turning it into the most humiliating experience of your life!

5. Guard the ring! Never risk burying it in sand or giving it to the waiter to serve for desert as some sort of elaborate proposal!

6. Go down on one knee! Yes it’s corny, old and a cliche, but it’s how she always imagined her proposal would be! So don’t disappoint her!

7. Practice your words! Do it in front of the Dog and Cat! You’ll feel silly for sure, but the alternative is that she’ll tell all her friends how you stuttered through the most important few words in both your lives!

8. Make sure you have a romantic setting! Flowers, candles, music and good food! It’s all about the romance over big and lavish!

9. If you’re planning on getting married quickly, then propose in the winter and aim for a spring wedding! Otherwise propose in the spring and you’ll have a whole year to prepare!

10. Finally, enjoy it! This is your big moment! Just make sure you’ve thought through every eventuality and you’ll be fine! Good luck!

Now that you know How To Propose To Your Girlfriend you are probably now wanting to read about some specific proposal stories to give you some suggestions and inspiration! See our Engagement Proposal Ideas and hopefully you will decide how you’re going to propose! We also have a free download for you that i think you’re going to like!
