To overcome your irrational fear of rejection you need to focus on the fear aspect and not the rejection.

Focusing on fear is focusing on negativity and focusing on negativity attracts failure. However the worst thing about this kind of failure is that it is failure from inaction. And it is irrational fear because almost 99% of rejection that you will face from women is polite and subtle not traumatic and embarrassing.

Do remember that you always miss 100% of the shots you don’t take. Now what I have discovered is that there are two ways to overcoming your FEAR:

1. Confidence Gained From Experience

This is, without a doubt, the best way to get rid of your fear of rejection. From experience you will learn that women almost never rudely reject men. Either she will like you or she wont and if she doesn’t then she will always let you know gently and politely. The only reason for nasty rejections are when you ask for it; I discuss this in my other article.

So this is the truth behind approaching women that most men do not know. That only when you allow yourself to experience the fact that women almost never reject men in a nasty way, will you begin to realize how silly the fear of rejection really is.

2. Being Comfortable In Yourself

Learn how to be comfortable and confident in yourself and you will find no need to be bothered by trivial considerations such as the fear of rejection. You will also start to communicate a natural charm about you that comes from confidence in yourself; the result being that you will stop trying hard to impress women and you will therefore drop all fronts you may have to impress her.

Trust me, women pick up on this confidence attitude quickly. Women are several times more observant to subtle body language cues and changes, then men are. And its through naturally analyzing your body language and tone of voice that women sense your confident charm.

So learn how to be confident in yourself and free of dating gimmicks then you will begin to communicate natural charm with women, whether or not you are aware of it.
