@frogzkande Most likely, she lifted weights to gain a bit of muscle mass, which therefore, tightened her skin. Exercise in general tightens your skin and gives it that more youthful look.

Congratulations on your weightloss journey. You look fantastic and are an inspiration. I’m still working on my weightloss goal. I’ve lost 30lbs in less than a year but I still have more to go. Like you I would love to see myself in a bikini (for the very first time actually) and I would love to just feel really good about my health and body.
