When I was dating and went to bars and met men, I picked the guy out I liked. I would sit back and watch to see who caught my eye. Then I would send him a drink, tell the waitress to let him know it was from me. If he is interested he will then walk over with the drink. I never ever got turned down. The guy will be flattered:
