Confidence and Creating A Relationship
Nanette Geiger, Law of Attraction Relationship Advisor , writes… …
Life Coaching for people with confidence or self-esteem issues is very valuable in addressing this following question. Women seem to suffer the most from trust, abandonment and lack of feelings of being worthy problems. Life Coach Advice for Women is one way to solve this problem in life coaching. Anita asks: “Are some of us just destined to be alone”? Anita, considering the fact that you responded to the survey concerning relationships and the Law of Attraction, I am going to assume you have been thinking about creating love for yourself. There are many who decide to stay away from intimate relationships. And that need not be the situation for a person who has given up after they have continuously been unsuccessful. Not a thing is wrong with preferring to be without an intimate relationship. Life can be fulfilling and fantastic with any decision you end up with.
As long as you know you are choosing that rather than giving up out of frustration that you have not met the relationship of a lifetime. You can have it all in a relationship and in your life.
If you could see yourself from the point of view of Source or your Inner Being, or the Universe, you would see a wonderful, magnificent, brilliant, connected entity. Then life starts to happen around us. Our well-meaning parents, teachers, and elders, in an attempt to teach us, tell us from the beginning what we need to watch out for, stop us, caution us, and attempt to protect us, effectively having us listen to their fears and projections of insecurity rather than tuning in to our personal energy. OK, I will give you as simple new children we do need protection. Fine. But shortly after they learn to function by themselves, self-empowerment should be part of the training for the little ones.
Well-intentioned adults want to do the correct thing so they guide, caution, admonish, and instil fear in young ones to make them behave. This only underscores an underlying insecurity and inability. The feeling of not-enoughness gets engraved at an early age.
Brain research now explains to us that until we’re 7, we are so open and available to receive, we have no filtering ability at all. We walk around in a kind of hypnagogic trance and become impressed with whatever comes into our life experience. It’s not a question we have deeply ingrained, although misguided, beliefs about an imperfect nature. By the time we are 6 years old, we have listened to the word “NO” about 60,000 times. Watch out for that, that could hurt you, be careful, do not drop that. The recurring message says you’re unworthy, you cannot trust you, you don’t know what you are doing, and so on.
Our parents and elders were certainly well-meaning. They simply intended for our well-being. But you can see how simply we’ve been trained away from our inherent beauty and brilliance.
I recommend that you go easy with yourself and let yourself have a chance. First off, it is not your fault. It is not even the fault of your parents. They were programmed the same way too. You can stop the perpetration of low sense of self-worth on yourself and everyone you know. You deserve to have everything you desires.
Do your very best to give yourself love and self-acceptance. Treat yourself as you would a beloved child. Forgive her for her shortcomings. The reality is, the Universe appreciates, Spirit adores you, and your Inner Being loves you. Why? Because you ARE lovable. And that IS the truth!
